The OSCC, MAMPU provides a dedicated Technical Support unit to assist public sector agencies in implementing and maintaining OSS.

Level Of Support

The OSCC, MAMPU provides the following levels of technical support:

  • Advisory and consulting services.
  • Remote helpdesk support for all agencies.
  • Onsite technical support for agencies located in Putrajaya and the Klang Valley.
