The President of the Open Source Initiative, Mr. Michael Tiemann, has complimented Malaysia for demonstrating outstanding leadership and accomplishment in Public Sector OSS implementation, especially the 97% adoption rate in Public Sector, which he described as "astonishing".
"I believe this represents an historic achievement, and the world should congratulate Malaysia on its outstanding leadership and accomplishments in the past five years of effort" said Michael Tiemann
