To deliver the enhanced products and services to the Public Sector , the Phase II is built upon the existing six OSCC functional services with additional 2 new functional services, namely Certification Body as well as Communication and Collaboration. The OSCC functional areas are cohensively linked and integrated towards continuing the success of the previous initiatives and at the same time accelerating the adoption of OSS.
