To achieve self reliance and sustainability of the OSS economy, the demand and supply of OSS must meet. The public Sector representing one of the major user community needs to engage with the Business Community that supply OSS as well as the Research and Development (R&D) community that supports the OSS adoption. The OSCC functional service of Communication and Collaboration aims to bridge these communities, thus enhancing the Hub and Spoke Model for Smart Partnership to achieve the following :

  • Increase in OSS Desktop usage
  • Increase back-end servers
  • Replicate and increase pilot projects
  • Increase OSS implementation
  • Increase Open Office adoption
