This report documents the detail recommendations resulting from the research and analysis conducted in the development of the Malaysian Government Interoperability Framework (MyGIF). It contains information of ICT standards and technical specifications recommended for adoption in the MyGIF.
The OSS Technical Implementation Plan (Strategic Thrust 1), defines a plan in which OSS technical solution areas and related components can be implemented in the Government Agencies, in identified implementation timeframes, taking into consideration the current technical (ICT and OSS) and enabling environments within these agencies.

The OSS Master Plan charts the overall approach and strategy for the adoption and implementation of OSS and related technologies in the Public Sector. This document should also be read concurrently with The OSS Technical Implementation Plan and The Malaysian Government Interoperability Framework for Open Source Software (MyGIFOSS).
